Policies & Returns
Boutique Clothing Items
On all Boutique clothing we will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in the order. If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error on our part or the order was incorrect, again on our part.
Refunds:
- Once the return package is received and inspected for quality, we will email you to confirm what has been done with the order.
- Please allow us 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- If there was a refund processed, you will see it back onto your original form of payment within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale. Unless we are at fault.
CUSTOM ITEMS:
All of our Custom items are made in our studio and created with the highest quality products available. Please know that every item we sell is uniquely made and impossible to make exact replicas or copies. Although we do our best.
When placing a CUSTOM ORDER — please keep in mind all custom orders are made specifically for said customer and made by hand after an order is confirmed with LolliRoo Boutique. After order has been submitted, the process will begin on making and fulfilling order. Due to customization and detailed work that goes into these items, processing can take anywhere between 1-6 weeks. By purchasing ANY CUSTOM listing, you are agreeing to ANY AND ALL agreements, policies, terms and conditions.
